4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Siren Song Marketing Group reserves the right to pause services for overdue accounts.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for them (e.g., website designs, custom graphics). Siren Song Marketing Group retains the right to showcase work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing. Third-party assets (stock photos, fonts, plugins) remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Limitation of Liability

Siren Song Marketing Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Any prepaid fees for undelivered services will be refunded on a prorated basis.

8. Website Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site, or interfere with the proper functioning of the website. Content on this site is for informational purposes and should not be considered professional advice.

9. Indemnification
